Can I use Oestra while breastfeeding?
It’s safe to take Oestra while breastfeeding. There is also no evidence that hormones lower or impact milk supply. However, we still recommend waiting 6 weeks after delivery to start so that the milk supply is well-established.

Oestra is made of plant-based bioidentical estradiol, micronized progesterone and a hypo-allergenic, anhydrous base specifically made for vaginal use called Ellage.
Ellage is free of the following allergens: wheat, milk, egg, soy, fish, including crustacean, peanut, almond, pecan, macadamia, walnut, hazelnut, and gluten.
Can I still get pregnant on while on Oestra?
