The Inner Balance Money Back Promise

With Inner Balance’s Money Back Promise, you may qualify for a refund of your subscription fees if you are not completely satisfied at the end of 180 days. Any refund will exclude the cost of any medications, supplements, labs, diagnostic tests and/or other items and services charged by third parties.
To be eligible for Inner Balance’s Results Money Back Promise, you must have:

Self-paid for Inner Balance and any medications, supplements, labs, diagnostic tests and/or other items and services provided as a result of services and not received any reimbursement from private payor insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Savings Account for Flex Savings Accounts (HSA/FSA).

Complied with the requirements of treatment protocol, including following the medical team’s recommendations for medication use, including making any medication changes and adjustments and additional supplements requested by the medical team. Failure to comply with terms set forth in the Conditions and Terms of Use.

Request specifically to be reimbursed through customer service support@innerbalance.com. Reimbursement must meet this criteria and isn’t automated upon cancellation within the trial period.
